A2: Select according to the voltage being tested:
100X attenuation: Applicable to signals ≤±300Vpk (such as
low-voltage inverter drive circuit)

high-voltage bus, IGBT collector voltage)
Q3: What is the impact of input capacitance on the test?
A3: 2pF differential input capacitance significantly reduces the
load effect:
